Creating community with ideas

Creating community around ideas which contribute to creating community around our common interests and around opportunities for creative community enterprise which contribute to our common interests is how we create possibilities for the future of our world.

Creating a language of community with ideas that contribute to creating community is how we create a culture of community and how we make creative community enterprise possible.

My observations

Increasing our understanding and appreciation of our common human nature, our common human interests, and our common human experience contributes to our ability to create connections and community and move from ideas and enterprise that contribute to creating us and them to ideas and enterprise that contributes to creating we. Moving from what militates against our ability to create community to what contributes to our ability to create community.

Our ideas are how we see, and think, and feel about our world as we know it from our experience. Our ideas are how we respond to our experience of the world. our ideas are how we contribute to creating our world and how we contribute to creating the world with others. The others in the community who share the experiences, the resources, and the contributions of our world, who contribute to creating our experience of our world, and who contribute to creating possibilities for the future of our world.

Our language is how we communicate our ideas. Words communicate ideas. Our language communicates ideas. Our language defines our ideas. Our ideas contribute to how we see and do things and to the interests we pursue. Changing our language changes the way we see and do things and how we pursue our interests. Changing our language contributes to changing our what we do and how we do things. Language contributes to creating our culture.

Our language communicates ideas about how things are and how things work. Our ideas about how things are and how things work are shaped by our experience and by the ideas and experiences of others,

These are not new ideas, which is good news.

Ideas are the Vocabulary of Thought – Mortimer Adler
The Complexity of Language – David Crystal

Quantum change

We create community when we agree on the ideas we are communicating with our words and our language. We improve our ability to create connections when we have the same understanding of the ideas we are communicating with. We increase our ability to create understanding for our contributions of information, observations, and stories to our community  and excite appreciation for the insights, ideas and opportunities we are contributing  when we are communicating with the same language of ideas.

Ideas we have in common around interests we have in common improves our ability to create connections and community around opportunities for creative enterprise

Our ideas shape how we see our experience. Our ideas contribute to creating our experience. Our ideas contribute to how we create and what we create with our experience. Ideas carried by the languages of different community cultures contribute to creating our culture. Ideas carried by our language could contribute to creating a culture of community.

Cultures are shaped by our response to our experiences of place and our experiences of our natural and created environment. Cultures are shaped by our communities of common experience, common interests, and ideas.

We create our culture and our culture creates us. We create our ideas and we create our culture.

The language of our cultures shape how we feel, how we experience our life, what we care about, and our behaviour whether cultures of common interests, ideas, and experience shaped by our place, our native cultures, our practice, what we do and what we create with, or our purpose, the interests and enterprise we are pursuing, – made complex with the creative ideas we contribute and the opportunities we create for one another to explore, experience, learn, create, and contribute.

We create community behaviour around common ideas and interests, an agreement on how we see and do things, and a common language we understand and communicate with to create connections and relationships and creative community enterprise.

Creating a common language

We improve our ability to create connections with ideas we understand in common. We improve our ability to create community around ideas we have in common. We improve our ability to create possibilities for our community with ideas we agree are in our common interests. We improve our ability to excite community with opportunities for creative community enterprise that contribute to our community interests.

We could create a common language of ideas that contribute to our ability to create connections and community and create possibilities for the future of our community?

I am creating with ideas communicated by the English language and the English language as used in Canada we can explore and agree upon the ideas that contribute to our different communities of interest and common enterprise – purpose and practice, – in the place that shares a culture created by the contributions of many cultures of other places and experiences of the world but which is still defined ideas of who we are and who we like to be and what we care about, and our ways of doing things and how we are, – our interests as a culture in the world we are experiencing and the interests we are pursuing and the ideas we are pursing our interest with that define and create our enterprise.

We can create connections around the ideas and interests and experiences of our world and of one another and of the world we are part of – our Canadian culture, – and explore and create a language of community and a way of seeing and doing things that contributes to creating community and to creating our community we agree upon

Creating our culture

The only thing we can change is what we choose to say and do and how we say and do things. This is how we are known. This is what we can observe in one another and come to know one another. In the world of marketing it is our brand. In the world of our experience of one another it is our culture.

A quantum change in our ideas, in the way we see and do things, could contribute to improving our ability to create connections, relationships, and creative community enterprise will contribute to our ability to be more successful in the pursuit of interests we have in common and our common interests as communities

Quantum ideas are ideas we agree upon which contribute to our common interests in creating community

A quantum shift, re-imagining the ideas we have been taught, acculturated to, and institutionalized by and moving to ideas which demonstrate their contribution to our community interests, to making creative community enterprise possible, and to our ability to create possibilities for a better future.

We have the opportunity to evolve our language, our ideas, and our behaviour, our way of seeing and doing things, our creative abilities, our ability to create with one another, and our ability to more successfully pursue creative possibilities for our future.

Creating a common language improves our ability to work creatively together, to create connections with one another, to engage in creative conversation around interests and ideas, and to create relationships and creative community enterprise with one another.

We can translate the ideas which contribute to creating community behaviour, our community vocabulary, into the language of our different native cultures and the cultures of the communities of interest we are part of, have relationships with, or would like to create conversation with.

Our interest is to explore ideas that change the way we see and do things from ideas that contribute to creating us and them to ideas that contribute to creating we.

Our interest is to explore ideas that militate against and contribute to creative community enterprise

Our interest is to define roles and contributions around and with language that is behaviour driven rather than activity driven or authority driven.

Our interest is to organize our community with roles that define behaviour rather than activity

Our interest is to explore ideas that contribute to our interest in increasing our resources, our relationships, our contributions to our community interests, and our ability to create sustainable communities, sustainable enterprises, sustainable systems, and sustainable behaviour.

We can move from the ideas of mission, vision, and mandate to guide our decisions to role, interests, and contribution, – what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what we contribute, and from strategy to story, – where we are now, where we could go, and how we could get there, and the understanding that our success comes from creative contribution to our interests.

We can move from the idea of revolution and changing things to evolution and changing the way we see and do things to improve our ability to create possibilities, to building on the success and contribution of others, to creative exploration for ideas, creative expression of new ideas, and creative contribution to creating possibilities

Who we are is who we imagine ourselves to be. We create who we are and who we like to be by imagining who we are and who we like to be.

Our common interest is to explore how we can change the way we see and do things to ways of seeing and doing things that contribute more successfully to our common human interests, interests we have in common as humans and common interests we have as a community.

Creative relationships revolve around the contribution of ideas and resources to common enterprise around common interests

We can create community enterprise by moving to a language of common interests, ideas, and behaviour that works with our common human nature, contributes to creating our common culture, and improves our ability to create connections and increase the size and contribution of our communities of common enterprise

Creating a language of community is creating ideas that contribute to creating community, to creating a community without borders, and to creating possibilities as a community

We create community enterprise by moving from ideas and interests that contribute to creating us and them to ideas and interest that contribute to creating we
