On creating possibilities

If we are going to accelerate our ability to create possibilities we have to move from “What they are doing” and “What we need to do” and “What we want people to do”, and “What we are doing” to “What we could do” and “How we could do things” and “What we can do” – and from ideas, interests, language, and behaviour that contributes to creating “us and them” to ideas, interests, language, and behaviour that contributes to creating “we”. Our language creates our behaviour. Moving from us and them to we contributes to creating community.

We are a community. We are all people. We have common human interests. We have a common human nature. We have common human qualities. We are all creative.

Our ability to create possibilities for the future of our community lies in our ability to create community and creative community enterprise around our common interests.

Our ability to create community lies in our ability to move from us and them to we, – a quantum change in the way we see and do things

My point of view is my observations and ideas on how things work, how things could work, and what we could do to create possibilities for our future, – in our interests as individuals, in our interests as communities, and in our common human interests.

On governance

Governance is accountability
Accountability is informing people
Accountability is operating beyond integrity
Accountability is leadership
On learning how to learn
Our ability to accelerate our creative and cultural evolution as a community lies in improving our ability to learn how to learn, learn how to respond to our experience, learn how to change the way we see and do things, learn how to contribute to how we all see and do things, learn how to communicate and create connections with one another, learn how to create relationships, and to learn the art of creating and how we can excite one another to increase our creative contributions to our possibilities. Our ability to increase our creative contribution lies in our ability to learn how to overcome our fear of hurt, failure, and loss, how to overcome our experience of hurt, failure, and loss, and how to learn from our hurt, failure, and loss.

On community interests

Accelerate our creative and cultural evolution and our evolution as a community

Increasing our consciousness of opportunities and ideas that contribute to our ability to be more successful in pursuing our interests

Creating an environment
Creating an environment that excites and encourages personal responsibility, personal leadership, and personal contribution

On communications

Our ability to create community around our enterprise lies in our ability to learn the art of creating connections
From marketing to creating community

On leadership

Leaders excite interest and enterprise with opportunities to experience, learn, contribute, and create.

Creative leaders excite creative contribution around opportunities for creating possibilities and opportunities for creative enterprise. We demonstrate what we could do and how we could do things by doing what we can.

On the art of creating

Imagining, exploring and pursuing possibilities is how we create our lives. Imagining, exploring, and contributing to creating possibilities is the art of creating and the art of creative enterprise.

On creative enterprise

Exploring our story, imagining our story, living our story, and creating our story. Are we living our story, – doing what we say we do and being who we say we are? How well are we doing? Could we improve our ability, attract or create more resources, and excite more interest? How well are we contributing to our interests as an enterprise? Could we increase our contribution by doing more or doing better, dong things differently, or doing new or different things?

On creative community enterprise

On our evolution
If over our evolution we have created our world, and our story, and who we are so far, – and if we could survive our technology and our inventiveness, – we could re-imagine ourselves, – and our interests, our ideas, our stories, our human nature, our humanity, and our way of seeing and doing things, – and if we could learn more about and increase our understanding and appreciation of our human nature and the nature of things, – and if we explore our creative abilities, our creative resources, and our creative possibilities, – and create connections and relationships with experiences, interests, and ideas we have in common, – and excite interest in creative contribution and creative community enterprise, – who knows how we could evolve and what possibilities we might be able to create for our future.

On corporations
Corporations are not people. Corporation decisions are made by people. People own the corporations. We own the corporations with our shares in our government, pension, bank, credit union, and personal investment accounts. The largest returns go to the people who make the decisions about the future of the corporations they operate in trust for the shareholders.
