When our creative interests, our creative contribution, and the creative ideas we are pursuing are clear, we work most effectively and efficiently with a one year action plan and a process for evolving the plan as new circumstances, new information, new learning about what is happening, what is working, and what new opportunities and ideas to pursue present themselves that increase our contribution to our interests and leverage our resources to increase the size and contribution of the communities involved in and benefiting from our enterprise.
