Community Behaviour

What works, works for everyone. Community behaviour is behaviour that is respectful, appreciative, considerate, honest, open, fair, and contributive. Community behaviour contributes to creating the experience of community and to creating connections, appreciation, understanding, and relationships.  Community behaviour works for everyone.

Leadership behaviour is required to make creative community enterprise possible and for deliberative democracy to succeed. Leadership behaviour is behaviour that is respectful, appreciative, considerate, open, honest, fair, and contributive. Community behaviour is leadership behaviour.

Leadership with agency and communities with agency can coexist with other leaders and other communities with agency, creating connections and working with one another with a culture and language of community in what Ken Wilbur would describe as an evolutionary environment. Creating our community brings the debate about evolution, consciousness, and our capacity for transformation to an entirely new level and will save many missteps and wrong turns on whatever wisdom path we choose to take.

Because everything is connected there is always a huge web of causalities so we can only work with probabilities. Our probability is that community behaviour, – behaviour that is respectful, appreciative, considerate, open, honest, fair, and contributive, – contributes to our ability to create relationships, community, and creative community enterprise. Community behaviour is observable as is our ability to create relationships, community, and creative community enterprise around our common interests and our creative interests.

In creative conversation there are no rules, – only common interests, creative interests, creative ideas about what could be possible, creative contributions about what we can do, and an agreement on our behaviour. Our interests are to demonstrate community behaviour in what we say and do and how we say and do things.

Demonstrating respectful, appreciative, considerate, open, honest, and contributive behaviour in what we say and do and how we say and do things improves our ability to create connections, relationships, community, and creative community enterprise.

Community culture is being respectful, appreciative, considerate, open, fair, honest, and contributive in what we say and do and how we say and do things

Our world is at a tipping point and we are at a turning point if we are to care about our future and the future of the world we live in, we are part of, and we contribute to creating. If we are to take a quantum leap as a community we need to make a quantum change in our behaviour, – in what we do, in how we do things, and in what we expect and hold one another accountable for.

Community behaviour contributes to creating community and is essential for creative community enterprise and for creating the stories we all imagine for ourselves. Community behaviour is behaviour that is respectful, appreciative, considerate, open, honest, fair, and contributive.

Community behaviour is demonstrable and observable behaviour. Community behaviour is behaviour that works for everyone. If we hope to release our creative energy and opportunities for creative contribution to our common human interests, community behaviour makes good sense.

Community behaviour makes creative conversation and creative community enterprise possible. It is not a moral thing. It is a practical thing. It is common sense. It makes good sense.
