Why a creative story

A creative story is a story we can create.

A creative story gives everyone in our community the ability to understand what we do, why we do what we do, how what we do contributes to our interests and the interests of our community, and what we are doing to increase our contribution to the interests of our community.

Our community is everyone involved in the enterprise, everyone who is part of the enterprise, everyone contributing to the enterprise, everyone benefiting from the enterprise, and everyone who could have an interest in and could benefit from contributing to creating the enterprise.

A creative story gives everyone in our community the ability to explore what we are doing for creative connections, ideas and opportunities to benefit from our enterprise, contribute to our enterprise, or increase their contribution to the creative interests of our enterprise.

A creative story gives everyone the opportunity to become involved and create a place for themselves in the creative community, creative conversation, and creative enterprise created by our story.

A creative story contributes to creating a community of common interests and to exciting creative community enterprise.

Why a creative story

A creative story gives everyone in our community the ability to continuously explore our changing experience and changing circumstances for new insights, new ideas, new connections, and new opportunities with three questions.

Are we doing what we say we do?

If we are not doing what we say we do, has our story changed? Do we need to change our story? Do we want to change our story? Do we want to create a different story? Do we want to pursue a new story? Are we doing what we say we do?

How well are we doing?

Do we think we can do better?

If we think we can do better, is it a matter of ability, a matter of resources, or a matter of interest?

What opportunities and ideas do we have which could contribute to improving our abilities? What opportunities and ideas do we have which could make better use of our resources, employ other resources available, or attract more resources? What opportunities and ideas do we have which could excite more interest in contributing to creating our enterprise and to the story we are imagining we can create?

How could our ideas contribute to our creative interests? What ideas could make the greatest contribution and have the greatest probability of success?

What can we do to increase our ability, our resources, or our interest?

How well is what we are doing contributing to our interests?

How well do we think what we are doing is contributing to the interests of our enterprise?

If we think we could increase our contribution, is it a matter of doing more of what we are doing or doing what we are doing better, is it a matter of doing things differently, or is it a matter of doing new or different things?

What ideas and opportunities do we have which could leverage our resources, our relationships, our abilities, and our enterprise to increase our contribution to our creative interests? What ideas could make the greatest contribution and have the greatest probability of success?

What can we do to leverage our resources, relationships, abilities, or enterprise to increase our contribution to our interests?

Why a creative story

A creative story gives everyone the opportunity and ability to question what we are doing, contribute to what we are doing, and hold one another accountable for what we are doing.

A creative story focuses our creative attention and energy on creating with our experience.

A creative story changes as our circumstances and conditions change, as our experience changes, as our understanding of our experience changes, as our ideas about what works and what could work change, and as our creative interests change.

A creative story changes as we encounter new ideas and new ways of doing things and new possibilities which could contribute to our common interests, our creative interests, and our ability to increase our contribution to the communities of common enterprise we are part of, contributing to, and creating.

A creative story is a story we imagine we can create, a story we think we have the ability to create, a story we are creating. A creative story is a creative hypothesis. A creative story is a creative manifesto.

A creative enterprise starts with a creative story. A creative story is the art of creative enterprise. A creative enterprise is a sustainable enterprise.
